Harris, 60, is interested in talking about Trump’s age

Kamala Harris is turning 60 on Sunday in the final round of a tough election contest with 78-year-old Donald Trump, who has become the oldest presidential candidate in American history. Age has also become an important factor. Due to his old age, during the election campaign, President Joe Biden abandoned the election race due to concerns about his ability. Since then, Harris has continuously targeted Trump’s mental health for the White House.

With just two weeks to go before polling day, the Democratic vice president and the Republican billionaire are in a tight race. Surveys have effectively indicated that both are on par. Both candidates will be in Pennsylvania again on Sunday. Pennsylvania is considered a must-win battleground among the seven major states expected to decide the Nov. 5 outcome.

Biden handed the nomination to Harris after a disastrous debate against Trump raised concerns about his mental acuity in the Democratic Party. But as polls show a tight race, Trump’s age appears to be a non-negotiable for voters. “Now he’s running out of debates and canceling interviews out of exhaustion,” Harris said at a rally in Atlanta on Saturday, mocking Trump’s vulgar and off-script speeches.

Harris tried to provoke Trump with a report on October 12 that described Trump’s ‘excellent health’. But the former president’s campaign stated that he is also ‘complete and in excellent health to be commander-in-chief’. Trump, who is running for a second term in the White House, responded to Harris’ allegations in a long speech in Pennsylvania on Saturday. The day before, he had said to Harris that he had ‘no energy like a rabbit’.

Both candidates are spending their final days of campaigning with their representatives in key battleground states. Tesla and SpaceX owner Elon Musk is personally campaigning in Pennsylvania, holding a series of events in the must-win state. In the southeastern city of Harrisburg, he announced that he would begin randomly distributing $1 million each day through Nov. 5 to voters in the state who signed his organization’s petition.

Harris has enlisted pop stars Lizzo and Usher as representatives to make his case to voters. Lizzo made a reference to his hit song ‘It’s been a long time coming!’ Singing and saying that America is fully prepared for its first female president, she drew thunderous applause. “I’m counting on you to carry Harris’ campaign to the finish line in Georgia,” Usher, one of Atlanta’s leading actors, told voters there.
