Kathmandu, Nepal – February 3, 2025: Blind Mothers’ Home (Dristibihin Amaghar), in collaboration with media partner Global Online Television, has announced a cultural program set to take place on February 15, 2025(Falgun 3 Saturday). The event aims to raise funds for the construction of a dedicated home for visually impaired individuals. The program’s slogan is “Visually Impaired World Tour Cultural Program.”
The cultural event will feature various performances showcasing Nepal’s rich artistic heritage, with participation from renowned artists, musicians, and performers. The initiative seeks to bring together the community in support of visually impaired individuals by providing them with a safe and supportive living environment.
“We are excited to host this event, which not only highlights Nepalese culture but also contributes to a meaningful cause,” said a spokesperson from Blind Mothers’ Home. “With the generous support of the public, we hope to make a difference in the lives of visually impaired individuals.”

The event will be held at Dristibihin Amaghar shelter in Gokarneshwar-1, Nayapati, Kathmandu, donation available for purchase at front outlets.
The event will feature various cultural performances showcasing Nepal’s artistic heritage and will be attended by esteemed guests, including Members of Parliament, the Mayor, and the Chairman of the local ward. Their presence highlights the significance of this initiative in promoting inclusivity and social welfare.
In the program, Gurung, Tamang, Magar and other cultural dance will be shown and various singers will sing as folk songs, pop songs and sentimental modern songs. The singers, dancers and musicians will be participated by blinds and sighted available at the stage.
