Kathmandu, 23 Oct: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currencies for today. While the US dollar remained stable according to the fixed exchange rate, the value of the European Euro and the UK Pound Sterling has decreased. According to the Rastra Bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at 140 rupees 39 paisa and the selling rate has been fixed at 140 rupees 99 paisa.
Similarly, the buying rate of one European Euro has been set at 162 rupees 68 paisa and the selling rate at 163 rupees 83 paisa, the buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling at 186 rupees 91 paisa and the selling rate at 187 rupees 71 paisa, and the buying rate of one Swiss Franc at 176 rupees 14 paisa and the selling rate at 176 rupees 89 paisa.
The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 91 rupees 15 paisa and the selling rate is 91 rupees 54 paisa, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 100 rupees 14 paisa and the selling rate is 100 rupees 57 paisa, and the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is 108 rupees 08 paisa and the selling rate is 108 rupees 55 paisa.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 25 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 29 paisa, the buying rate of one Chinese yuan is 19 rupees 70 paisa and the selling rate is 19 rupees 79 paisa, the buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal is 37 rupees 43 paisa and the selling rate is 37 rupees 59 paisa, and the buying rate of one Qatari riyal is 38 rupees 52 paisa and the selling rate is 38 rupees 68 paisa.
In addition, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees 27 paisa and the selling rate is 4 rupees 29 paisa, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 38 rupees 22 paisa and the selling rate is 38 rupees 39 paisa, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 33 rupees 19 paisa and the selling rate is 33 rupees 33 paisa, the buying rate of 100 South Korean won is 9 rupees 81 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 85 paisa, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor is 14 rupees 88 paisa and the selling rate is 14 rupees 94 paisa, and the buying rate of one Danish kronor is 21 rupees 78 paisa and the selling rate is 21 rupees 87 paisa.
The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at 18 rupees 07 paisa and the selling rate at 18 rupees 15 paisa, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at 457 rupees 88 paisa and the selling rate at 459 rupees 83 paisa, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at 372 rupees 41 paisa and the selling rate at 374 rupees, the buying rate of one Omani rial at 364 rupees 64 paisa and the selling rate at 366 rupees 19 paisa. The buying rate of one hundred Indian rupees has been set at 160 rupees and the selling rate at 160 rupees 15 paisa.
