This is the foreign currency exchange rate for today

Kathmandu, 13 December: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the exchange rates of foreign currencies for Friday. According to the rates fixed by Nepal Rastra Bank, the prices of the US dollar, European euro, UK pound sterling, Canadian dollar, Singapore dollar, Japanese yen, Saudi Arabian riyal, and Qatari riyal have increased today.

According to the exchange rate set by Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate of one US dollar on Friday has been fixed at 135 rupees 48 paisa and the selling rate at 136 rupees 08 paisa. The buying rate of one European euro has been fixed at 142 rupees 29 paisa and the selling rate at 142 rupees 92 paisa, the buying rate of one UK pound sterling has been fixed at 172 rupees 67 paisa and the selling rate at 173 rupees 43 paisa, and the buying rate of one Swiss franc has been fixed at 152 rupees 89 paisa and the selling rate at 153 rupees 56 paisa.

The central bank has set the buying rate of one Australian dollar at 86 rupees 80 paisa and the selling rate at 87 rupees 19 paisa, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar at 95 rupees 77 paisa and the selling rate at 96 rupees 20 paisa, and the buying rate of one Singapore dollar at 100 rupees 80 paisa and the selling rate at 101 rupees 25 paisa. Similarly, the buying rate of 10 Japanese yen has been set at 8 rupees 90 paisa and the selling rate at 8 rupees 94 paisa, the buying rate of 1 Chinese yuan at 18 rupees 64 paisa and the selling rate at 18 rupees 72 paisa, the buying rate of 1 Saudi Arabian riyal at 36 rupees 06 paisa and the selling rate at 36 rupees 22 paisa, and the buying rate of 1 Qatari riyal at 37 rupees 16 paisa and the selling rate at 37 rupees 33 paisa.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees and the selling rate is 4 rupees 02 paisa, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 36 rupees 89 paisa and the selling rate is 37 rupees 05 paisa, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 30 rupees 53 paisa and the selling rate is 30 rupees 67 paisa, the buying rate of 100 South Korean won is 9 rupees 47 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 51 paisa, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor is 12 rupees 36 paisa and the selling rate is 12 rupees 42 paisa, and the buying rate of one Danish kronor is 19 rupees 08 paisa and the selling rate is 19 rupees 16 paisa.

The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at 17 rupees 42 paisa and the selling rate at  17 rupees 50 paisa, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar is 440 rupees 53 paisa and the selling rate is 442 rupees 48 paisa, and the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar is 359 rupees 17 paisa and the selling rate is 360 rupees 76 paisa. Similarly, the buying price of one Omani Riyal has been set at  351 rupees 90 paisa, the selling price at  353 rupees 45 paisa, the buying price of one Indian Rupee at 160 rupees and the selling price at 160 rupees 15 paisa.

The National Bank has stated that this exchange rate can be revised at any time as needed. It is stated that the exchange rate set by commercial banks may differ and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
