This is the foreign currency exchange rate for today

Kathmandu, 21 February: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar is 138 rupees 36 paisa and the selling rate is 138 rupees 96 paisa, while the buying rate of one European euro is 144 rupees 44 paisa and the selling rate is 145 rupees 07 paisa.

Similarly, the buying rate of one UK pound sterling has been fixed at 174 rupees 47 paisa and the selling rate at 175 rupees 23 paisa. The buying rate of one Swiss franc has been fixed at 153 rupees 32 paisa and the selling rate at 153 rupees 98 paisa. The buying rate of the Australian dollar has been set at 88 rupees 19 paisa and the selling rate at 88 rupees 57 paisa, the buying rate of the Canadian dollar at 97 rupees 34 paisa and the selling rate at 97 rupees 77 paisa, and the buying rate of the Singapore dollar at 103 rupees 41 paisa and the selling rate at 103 rupees 86 paisa, according to the central bank.

The buying rate of 10 Japanese Yen is 09 rupees 22 paisa and the selling rate is 09 rupees 26 paisa, the buying rate of one Chinese Yuan is 19 rupees 06 paisa and the selling rate is 19 rupees 14 paisa, the buying rate of one Saudi Arabian Riyal is 36 rupees 89 paisa and the selling rate is 37 rupees 05 paisa, and the buying rate of one Qatari Riyal is 37 rupees 96 paisa and the selling rate is 38 rupees 12 paisa.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is set at 4 rupees 11 paisa and the selling rate is 4 rupees 13 paisa, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is set at 37 rupees 67 paisa and the selling rate is 37 rupees 83 paisa, and the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is set at 31 rupees 23 paisa and the selling rate is 31 rupees 37 paisa.

Similarly, the buying rate of 100 South Korean won has been fixed at 09 rupees 62 paisa and the selling rate at 09 rupees 66 paisa, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor at 12 rupees 94 paisa and the selling rate at 13 rupees, and the buying rate of one Danish kronor at 19 rupees 37 paisa and the selling rate at 19 rupees 45 paisa.

The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at 17 rupees 79 paisa and the selling rate at 17 rupees 87 paisa, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at 448 rupees 20 paisa and the selling rate at 450 rupees 15 paisa, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at 367 rupees 14 paisa and the selling rate at 368 rupees 73 paisa, and the buying rate of one Omani rial at 359 rupees 38 paisa and the selling rate at 360 rupees 94 paisa.

Similarly, the buying rate of 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at 160 rupees and the selling rate at 160 rupees and 15 paisa respectively. The National Bank has stated that this exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. It is mentioned that the exchange rate set by commercial banks may differ and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
