Kathmandu, 07 Aug: Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for Thursday. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar has been fixed at NPR 140.08, and the selling rate at NPR 140.68.
The buying rate for one Euro is NPR 162.66 and the selling rate is NPR 163.36. Similarly, the buying rate for one UK Pound Sterling is NPR 186.71 and the selling rate is NPR 187.51. The Swiss Franc has a buying rate of NPR 173.66 and a selling rate of NPR 174.40.
The buying rate for one Australian Dollar has been set at NPR 91.14 and the selling rate at NPR 91.53. For one Canadian Dollar, the buying rate is NPR 101.89 and the selling rate is NPR 102.33. The Singapore Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 108.91 and a selling rate of NPR 109.38.
For 10 Japanese Yen, the buying rate is NPR 9.50 and the selling rate is NPR 9.54. The Chinese Yuan has a buying rate of NPR 19.50 and a selling rate of NPR 19.58. The Saudi Arabian Riyal is set at NPR 37.33 for buying and NPR 37.49 for selling. Likewise, the Qatari Riyal has a buying rate of NPR 38.43 and a selling rate of NPR 38.60.
According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Thai Baht has been fixed at NPR 4.33 and the selling rate at NPR 4.35. The buying rate for one UAE Dirham is NPR 38.14 and the selling rate is NPR 38.30. For one Malaysian Ringgit, the buying rate is NPR 33.12 and the selling rate is NPR 33.26. The buying rate for 100 South Korean Won is NPR 10.10 and the selling rate is NPR 10.14. The Swedish Krona has a buying rate of NPR 14.53 and a selling rate of NPR 14.60, while the Danish Krone is set at NPR 21.80 for buying and NPR 21.89 for selling.
Nepal Rastra Bank has also fixed the exchange rate for one Hong Kong Dollar at NPR 17.84 for buying and NPR 17.92 for selling. The buying rate for one Kuwaiti Dinar is NPR 458.29 and the selling rate is NPR 460.25. One Bahraini Dinar has a buying rate of NPR 371.56 and a selling rate of NPR 373.15. The Omani Riyal is priced at NPR 363.83 for buying and NPR 365.39 for selling.
For 100 Indian Rupees, the buying rate has been set at NPR 160.00 and the selling rate at NPR 160.15.
