Kathmandu, 13 May: According to the published rates, the value of the US Dollar remains stable, with the buying rate at NPR 136.30 and the selling rate at NPR 136.90.
Similarly, the Euro is valued at NPR 151.27 (buying) and NPR 151.94 (selling). The UK Pound Sterling has a buying rate of NPR 179.40 and a selling rate of NPR 180.19. Likewise, the Swiss Franc is set at NPR 161.37 for buying and NPR 162.08 for selling.
According to the central bank, the exchange rate for one Australian Dollar is set at NPR 87.13 for buying and NPR 87.51 for selling. Similarly, one Canadian Dollar is valued at NPR 97.50 (buying) and NPR 97.93 (selling), while one Singapore Dollar stands at NPR 104.32 for buying and NPR 104.78 for selling.
In terms of Asian currencies, 10 Japanese Yen are exchanged at NPR 9.20 (buying) and NPR 9.24 (selling). One Chinese Yuan is traded at NPR 18.92 (buying) and NPR 19.00 (selling). The Saudi Arabian Riyal is fixed at NPR 36.34 (buying) and NPR 36.50 (selling), while the Qatari Riyal is valued at NPR 37.39 (buying) and NPR 37.56 (selling).
For other regional currencies, the exchange rate for one Thai Baht is NPR 4.07 (buying) and NPR 4.09 (selling), and the UAE Dirham is valued at NPR 37.11 (buying) and NPR 37.27 (selling). The Malaysian Ringgit is listed at NPR 31.72 (buying) and NPR 31.86 (selling).
Additionally, 100 South Korean Won are exchanged at NPR 9.60 (buying) and NPR 9.64 (selling). One Swedish Krona is valued at NPR 13.89 (buying) and NPR 13.95 (selling), while the Danish Krone stands at NPR 20.28 (buying) and NPR 20.37 (selling).
Among the high-value currencies, the Hong Kong Dollar is traded at NPR 17.49 (buying) and NPR 17.57 (selling), the Kuwaiti Dinar at NPR 443.18 (buying) and NPR 445.13 (selling), the Bahraini Dinar at NPR 361.54 (buying) and NPR 363.13 (selling), and the Omani Rial at NPR 354.05 (buying) and NPR 355.61 (selling). The rate for 100 Indian Rupees is set at NPR 160.00 for buying and NPR 160.15 for selling.
