Kathmandu, 2 Jan: The Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for Friday. According to the rates determined for today, the buying rate for one US dollar is Rs 143.65 and the selling rate is Rs 144.25.
Similarly, the buying rate for one European Euro is Rs 168.73 and the selling rate is Rs 169.44; the buying rate for one UK Pound Sterling is Rs 193.55 and the selling rate is Rs 194.36; and the buying rate for one Swiss Franc is Rs 181.26 and the selling rate is Rs 182.02.
The buying rate for one Australian Dollar is Rs 95.85 and the selling rate is Rs 96.25; the buying rate for one Canadian Dollar is Rs 104.67 and the selling rate is Rs 105.10; and the buying rate for one Singapore Dollar is Rs 111.70 and the selling rate is Rs 112.17.
For 10 Japanese Yen, the buying rate is Rs 9.17 and the selling rate is Rs 9.21; the buying rate for one Chinese Yuan is Rs 20.54 and the selling rate is Rs 20.63; the buying rate for one Saudi Arabian Riyal is Rs 38.30 and the selling rate is Rs 38.46; and the buying rate for one Qatari Riyal is Rs 39.30 and the selling rate is Rs 39.47.
According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Thai Baht is Rs 4.56 and the selling rate is Rs 4.58; the buying rate for one UAE Dirham is Rs 39.11 and the selling rate is Rs 39.28; the buying rate for one Malaysian Ringgit is Rs 35.43 and the selling rate is Rs 35.57; the buying rate for 100 South Korean Won is Rs 9.97 and the selling rate is Rs 10.01; the buying rate for one Swedish Krona is Rs 15.59 and the selling rate is Rs 15.66; and the buying rate for one Danish Krone is Rs 22.59 and the selling rate is Rs 22.68.
The Nepal Rastra Bank has set the buying rate for one Hong Kong Dollar at Rs 18.46 and the selling rate at Rs 18.53; the buying rate for one Kuwaiti Dinar at Rs 466.61 and the selling rate at Rs 468.56; the buying rate for one Bahraini Dinar at Rs 381.06 and the selling rate at Rs 382.66; and the buying rate for one Omani Rial at Rs 373.60 and the selling rate at Rs 375.16. Similarly, for 100 Indian Rupees, the buying rate is Rs 160.00 and the selling rate is Rs 160.15.
