According to Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at 135 rupees 44 paisa and the selling rate has been fixed at 136 rupees 04 paisa. The buying rate of one European Euro is 142 rupees 20 paisa and the selling rate is 142 rupees 83 paisa, the buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling is 172 rupees 40 paisa and the selling rate is 173 rupees 17 paisa, the buying rate of one Swiss Franc is 153 rupees 30 paisa and the selling rate is 153 rupees 98 paisa.
The central bank has set the buying rate of one Australian dollar at 85 rupees 97 paisa and the selling rate at 86 rupees 35 paisa, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar at 95 rupees 48 paisa and the selling rate at 95 rupees 90 paisa, and the buying rate of one Singapore dollar at 100 rupees 77 paisa and the selling rate at 101 rupees 22 paisa. The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is 8 rupees 87 paisa and the selling rate is 8 rupees 91 paisa, the buying rate of 1 Chinese yuan is 18 rupees 64 paisa and the selling rate is 18 rupees 72 paisa, the buying rate of 1 Saudi Arabian riyal is 36 rupees 05 paisa and the selling rate is 36 rupees 21 paisa, the buying rate of 1 Qatari riyal is 37 rupees 15 paisa and the selling rate is 37 rupees 32 paisa.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees and the selling rate is 4 rupees 02 paisa, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 36 rupees 87 paisa and the selling rate is 37 rupees 04 paisa, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 30 rupees 55 paisa and the selling rate is 30 rupees 69 paisa, the buying rate of 100 South Korean won is 9 rupees 46 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 51 paisa, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor is 12 rupees 33 paisa and the selling rate is 12 rupees 38 paisa, and the buying rate of one Danish kronor is 19 rupees 07 paisa and the selling rate is 19 rupees 15 paisa.
The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at 17 rupees 43 paisa and the selling rate at 17 rupees 50 paisa, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at 440 rupees 20 paisa and the selling rate at 442 rupees 15 paisa, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at 358 rupees 97 paisa and the selling rate at 360 rupees 56 paisa. Similarly, the buying rate of one Omani riyal has been set at 351 rupees 79 paisa and the selling rate at 353 rupees 35 paisa. Similarly, the buying rate of one Indian rupee has been set at 160 rupees and the selling rate at 160 rupees 15 paisa.
The National Bank has stated that this exchange rate can be revised at any time as needed. It is stated that the exchange rate set by commercial banks may differ and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
