The farmer’s helper Bhote dog

Myagdi, 01 November: Dog is a city of safety for the farmers who raise cattle in mobile sheds. A dog that is kept for fun in the city becomes a hobby , which is inevitable for the farmers who raise sheep and goats in the foothills of the jungle mountains. During the rainy season, the farmers who live in the lake and the  winter season keep sheep, goats in Beshi(warm plain place) dogs for their protection. The dog, who has become a friend of the shepherds living alone in the forest for months, has protected the sheep and goats by saving them from wild animals including leopards, wolves, foxes and bears.
In the morning, day and night, the guard dog sitting around the barn, after knowing the presence of wild animals and thieves, barks and signals, chases and fights to support the farmers.

A sheep and goat farmer raised two tall and big fat dogs weighing more than 30 kilograms. It's kids are sold for ten thousand rupees for such a dog.
 
A dog that loves its owner, hears the movements of wild animals quickly, and detects by smell has made the shepherd's daily life easier and safer. In the morning and in the evening, in addition to the pudding of flour, sheep's milk and meat are also the food of the dogs raised in the barn.
