Today is Krishna Asthami or Gour parba, celebrates as Krishna’s birthday. The vice President Ram Sahaya Yadab wishes to the public, On the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashthami and Gour parva 2081, he expressed his best wishes for happiness, peace, prosperity, healthy and progress to all Nepalese brothers and sisters in the country in abroad. That message he says, “Many festivals are celebrated in Nepal, which has multi colored and diverse culture, all of which are source of religious and spiritual thought, inspiration and awakening in our society, which also act as soft mediums that connect us mutually”.
     Krishna Janmashthami festival is celebrated with great pomp as the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna on the Ashthami date of Bhadra Krishna paksha every year. On this occasion, the Gita sermon was given by Shri Krishna to Arjun in the Maha Bharat shows the path of Dharma(religion), karma(act) and moksha(salvation). In the Gita sermons, Shri Krishna has explained in detail the importance and practice of different yoga paths like, Rajayoga, Karmayoga, Bhaktiyoga and Gyanyoga.Â
