Introduction
Everest, the highest mountain peak in the world, is located in Khumbu Pasanglhamu Village, Solukhumbu District, Koshi province, Nepal. Tenzing Norgay Sherpa of Nepal and sir Edmund Hillary of New Zealand were the first people to climb the Everest on 29 May 1953 at 11:15 am. Its height is 8848.86 meters (29,028 feet) above sea level. The local Thulung Rai people call Mount Everest Chomolung. Everest was named Mount Everest in the name of British surveyor Colonel sir George Everest in 1865.

Some time ago, Apa Sherpa set a record of climbing Mt. Everest 21 times. After that Kamirita Sherpa has set a record by climbing 28 times.
