Kathmandu, 11 Aug: According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar remains stable at 139 rupees 96 paisa, and the selling rate at 140 rupees 56 paisa. The buying rate for one European euro is 162 rupees 91 paisa and the selling rate is 163 rupees 61 paisa. On Sunday, the buying rate for one euro was 162 rupees 94 paisa and the selling rate was 163 rupees 64 paisa.
The buying rate for one Australian dollar is set at 91 rupees 34 paisa and the selling rate at 91 rupees 74 paisa. On Sunday, the buying rate was 91 rupees 30 paisa and the selling rate was 91 rupees 69 paisa. The buying rate for one UK pound sterling is 188 rupees 25 paisa and the selling rate is 189 rupees 06 paisa, while the buying rate for one Swiss franc is 173 rupees 19 paisa and the selling rate is 173 rupees 93 paisa.
The buying rate for one Canadian dollar is 101 rupees 73 paisa and the selling rate is 102 rupees 17 paisa, while for one Singapore dollar the buying rate is 108 rupees 88 paisa and the selling rate is 109 rupees 35 paisa. The buying rate for 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 47 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 51 paisa. For one Chinese yuan, the buying rate is 19 rupees 48 paisa and the selling rate is 19 rupees 57 paisa. The buying rate for one Saudi Arabian riyal is 37 rupees 29 paisa and the selling rate is 37 rupees 45 paisa, while for one Qatari riyal, the buying rate is 38 rupees 40 paisa and the selling rate is 38 rupees 56 paisa.
According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Thai baht is 4 rupees 33 paisa and the selling rate is 4 rupees 35 paisa. For one UAE dirham, the buying rate is 38 rupees 11 paisa and the selling rate is 38 rupees 27 paisa. The buying rate for one Malaysian ringgit is 33 rupees 01 paisa and the selling rate is 33 rupees 15 paisa. For 100 South Korean won, the buying rate is 10 rupees 08 paisa and the selling rate is 10 rupees 12 paisa. The buying rate for one Swedish krona is 14 rupees 61 paisa and the selling rate is 14 rupees 67 paisa, while the buying rate for one Danish krone is 21 rupees 83 paisa and the selling rate is 21 rupees 92 paisa.
Nepal Rastra Bank has set the buying rate for one Hong Kong dollar at 17 rupees 83 paisa and the selling rate at 17 rupees 91 paisa. For one Kuwaiti dinar, the buying rate is 458 rupees 21 paisa and the selling rate is 460 rupees 17 paisa. For one Bahraini dinar, the buying rate is 371 rupees 25 paisa and the selling rate is 372 rupees 84 paisa, while for one Omani riyal, the buying rate is 364 rupees 01 paisa and the selling rate is 365 rupees 57 paisa.
The buying rate for 100 Indian rupees is 160 rupees and the selling rate is 160 rupees 15 paisa.
