According to the central bank, today the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at 139 rupees 70 paisa and the selling rate at 140 rupees 30 paisa.
For today, the buying rate of one European Euro has been set at 145 rupees 24 paisa and the selling rate at 145 rupees 86 paisa, the buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling at 175 rupees 84 paisa and the selling rate at 176 rupees 60 paisa, and the buying rate of one Swiss Franc at 154 rupees 73 paisa and the selling rate at 155 rupees 40 paisa. Similarly, the buying rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at 86 rupees 82 paisa and the selling rate at 87 rupees 20 paisa, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar at 96 rupees 78 paisa and the selling rate at 97 rupees 19 paisa, and the buying rate of one Singapore dollar at 103 rupees 60 paisa and the selling rate at 104 rupees 04 paisa.
The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 29 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 33 paisa, the buying rate of one Chinese yuan is 19 rupees 19 paisa and the selling rate is 19 rupees 27 paisa, the buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal is 37 rupees 25 paisa and the selling rate is 37 rupees 41 paisa, and the buying rate of one Qatari riyal is 38 rupees 33 paisa and the selling rate is 38 rupees 50 paisa, the bank said.

The National Bank has fixed the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at 17 rupees 96 paisa and the selling rate at 18 rupees 04 paisa, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at 452 rupees 35 paisa and the selling rate at 454 rupees 30 paisa, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at 370 rupees 66 paisa and the selling rate at 372 rupees 25 paisa, the buying rate of one Omani rial at 362 rupees 86 paisa and the selling rate at 364 rupees 42 paisa. Similarly, the buying rate of one hundred Indian rupees has been fixed at 160 rupees and the selling rate at 160 rupees 15 paisa.
The Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that this exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. However, the exchange rate set by commercial banks may differ and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
