Kathmandu, 14 Ashoj (Sep 30): Nepal Rastra Bank has determined today’s foreign currency exchange rate. According to the Rashtra Bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has remained at 133 rupees 63 paisa and the selling rate is 134 rupees 23 paisa.
The buying rate of European Euro One has been fixed at 149 rupees 18 paisa and the selling rate is 149 rupees 85 paisa. The buying rate of UK pound sterling is 178 rupees 72 paisa and the selling rate is 179 rupees 53 paisa, the buying rate of one Swiss franc is 158 rupees 98 paisa and the selling rate is 159 rupees 69 paisa. The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 92 rupees 24 paisa and the selling rate is 92 rupees 65 paisa. The buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 98 rupees 67 paisa and the selling rate is 99 rupees 32 paisa.Â
The buying rate of Japanese yen 10 is 9 rupees 40 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 44 paisa, the buying rate of one Chinese yuan is 19 rupees 06 paisa and the selling rate is 19 rupees 15 paisa, the buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal is 35 rupees 62 paisa and the selling rate is 35 rupees 78 paisa, the rate of one Qatari riyal is for buying rate has remained at 36 rupees 66 paisa and the selling rate has remained at 36 rupees 83 paisa.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees 13 paisa and the selling rate is 4 rupees 15 paisa, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 36 rupees 38 paisa and the selling rate is 36 rupees 55 paisa, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 32 rupees 40 paisa and the selling rate is 32 rupees 54 paisa. The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at 17 rupees 19 paisa and the selling rate of 17 rupees 27 paisa, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar is 438 rupees 15 paisa and the selling rate is 440 rupees 11 paisa, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar is 354 rupees 46 paisa and the selling rate is 356 rupees 5 paisa has been fixed. The buying rate of 100 Indian rupees is 160 rupees and the selling rate of 160 rupees is 15 paisa. The National Bank has stated that this exchange rate can be revised at any time as needed. It is said that the exchange rate set by the commercial bank may be different and the updated exchange rate will be available on the website of the central bank.
