According to Baral, the surgery service and MDGP service were started in fiscal year 2080-81 and the hysterectomy service has been started this fiscal year 2081.
Due to the lack of arrangement of surgery, pregnant women had to go to Pokhara, Chitwan or elsewhere for maternity service.
