Kathmandu, 7 Jul: Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is NPR 136.34, while the selling rate is NPR 136.94.
Similarly, the buying rate for one Euro has been set at NPR 160.59 and the selling rate at NPR 161.30. For the British Pound Sterling, the buying rate is NPR 186.15 and the selling rate is NPR 186.97. The Swiss Franc’s buying rate stands at NPR 171.70 and the selling rate at NPR 172.46. The Australian Dollar’s buying rate is NPR 89.34 and the selling rate is NPR 89.74. Likewise, one Canadian Dollar is being bought at NPR 100.22 and sold at NPR 100.67, while the Singapore Dollar is bought at NPR 106.98 and sold at NPR 107.45.
The buying rate for 10 Japanese Yen is NPR 9.43 and the selling rate is NPR 9.47. One Chinese Yuan is being bought at NPR 19.03 and sold at NPR 19.11. The buying rate for one Saudi Arabian Riyal is NPR 36.36 and the selling rate is NPR 36.52. Similarly, the buying rate for one Qatari Riyal is NPR 37.30 and the selling rate is NPR 37.47.
According to the central bank, the Thai Baht is bought at NPR 4.21 and sold at NPR 4.23. The buying rate for one UAE Dirham is NPR 37.12 and the selling rate is NPR 37.28. One Malaysian Ringgit is being bought at NPR 32.30 and sold at NPR 32.44. The buying rate for 100 South Korean Won is NPR 10.01 and the selling rate is NPR 10.05. Similarly, the Swedish Krona is bought at NPR 14.26 and sold at NPR 14.32, while the Danish Krone is bought at NPR 21.52 and sold at NPR 21.62.
The central bank has set the buying rate for one Hong Kong Dollar at NPR 17.37 and the selling rate at NPR 17.44. The buying rate for one Kuwaiti Dinar is NPR 447.16 and the selling rate is NPR 449.13. One Bahraini Dinar is being bought at NPR 361.64 and sold at NPR 363.24, while the buying rate for one Omani Riyal is NPR 354.59 and the selling rate is NPR 356.15. The Indian Rupee has been fixed at NPR 160.00 for buying and NPR 160.15 for selling per 100 units.
