Kathmandu, May 21 – Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the central bank of Nepal, has released the official foreign exchange rates for today. According to the rates published by NRB, the exchange rate for one US dollar stands at NPR 136.35 for buying and NPR 136.95 for selling.
The Euro is being traded at NPR 153.65 (buying) and NPR 154.32 (selling), while the UK Pound Sterling is valued at NPR 182.46 for buying and NPR 183.26 for selling. Similarly, the Swiss Franc is being exchanged at NPR 163.66 (buying) and NPR 164.38 (selling).
Among other major currencies, the Australian Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 87.90 and a selling rate of NPR 88.29. The Canadian Dollar is being bought at NPR 97.75 and sold at NPR 98.18, and the Singapore Dollar is set at NPR 105.36 (buying) and NPR 105.82 (selling).
For Asian currencies, 10 Japanese Yen is valued at NPR 9.41 (buying) and NPR 9.45 (selling), while the Chinese Yuan is at NPR 18.91 for buying and NPR 18.99 for selling. The Saudi Arabian Riyal is being traded at NPR 36.35 (buying) and NPR 36.51 (selling), and the Qatari Riyal at NPR 37.41 (buying) and NPR 37.58 (selling).

The Bahraini Dinar is listed at NPR 361.68 (buying) and NPR 363.27 (selling), while the Omani Rial stands at NPR 354.18 (buying) and NPR 355.74 (selling).
The Indian Rupee, which is widely used in Nepal, is being traded at NPR 160.00 (buying) and NPR 160.15 (selling) for every 100 units.
