Kathmandu, 30 April: Nepal Rastra Bank has determined the foreign exchange rates for Wednesday. According to the central bank, for today, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at NPR 136.13 and the selling rate at NPR 136.73.
The buying rate of one European Euro is NPR 154.94 and the selling rate is NPR 155.63. The buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling is NPR 182.25 and the selling rate is NPR 183.05. Similarly, the buying rate for one Swiss Franc is NPR 164.99 and the selling rate is NPR 165.71.
The Australian Dollar’s buying rate is NPR 87.12 and the selling rate is NPR 87.51. For the Canadian Dollar, the buying rate is NPR 98.30 and the selling rate is NPR 98.73. For the Singapore Dollar, the buying rate is NPR 103.92 and the selling rate is NPR 104.38.
The buying rate for 10 Japanese Yen is NPR 9.55 and the selling rate is NPR 9.59. The buying rate for one Chinese Yuan is NPR 18.72 and the selling rate is NPR 18.80. The Saudi Arabian Riyal’s buying rate is NPR 36.29 and the selling rate is NPR 36.45. Similarly, the Qatari Riyal’s buying rate is NPR 37.35 and the selling rate is NPR 37.51.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai Baht is NPR 4.07 and the selling rate is NPR 4.09. The buying rate of one UAE Dirham is NPR 37.06 and the selling rate is NPR 37.22. The buying rate for one Malaysian Ringgit is NPR 31.46 and the selling rate is NPR 31.60. The buying rate for 100 South Korean Won is NPR 9.48 and the selling rate is NPR 9.52. The Swedish Krona’s buying rate is NPR 14.12 and the selling rate is NPR 14.18, while the Danish Krone’s buying rate is NPR 20.76 and the selling rate is NPR 20.85.
Nepal Rastra Bank has also set the buying rate for one Hong Kong Dollar at NPR 17.55 and the selling rate at NPR 17.62. The buying rate for one Kuwaiti Dinar is NPR 444.55 and the selling rate is NPR 446.51. For one Bahraini Dinar, the buying rate is NPR 361.12 and the selling rate is NPR 362.71. For one Omani Riyal, the buying rate is NPR 353.59 and the selling rate is NPR 355.15.
The buying rate for one hundred Indian Rupees has been set at NPR 160.00 and the selling rate at NPR 160.15.

Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these exchange rates can be revised at any time if necessary. It is also mentioned that exchange rates set by commercial banks may differ and that the updated rates will be available on the central bank’s website.
