Kathmandu, 21 April: Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US Dollar has been fixed at NPR 136.30, and the selling rate at NPR 136.90.
The buying rate of one Euro has been fixed at NPR 155.28, and the selling rate at NPR 155.96. Similarly, the buying rate for one UK Pound Sterling is NPR 181.23, and the selling rate is NPR 182.03. The buying rate for one Swiss Franc is NPR 166.98, and the selling rate is NPR 167.72.
Likewise, the buying rate for one Australian Dollar is NPR 86.81, and the selling rate is NPR 87.29. The buying rate for one Canadian Dollar is NPR 98.42, and the selling rate is NPR 98.86. The buying rate for one Singapore Dollar is NPR 103.95, and the selling rate is NPR 104.41.
Similarly, the buying rate for 10 Japanese Yen is NPR 9.59, and the selling rate is NPR 9.63. The buying rate for one Chinese Yuan is NPR 18.67, and the selling rate is NPR 18.75. The buying rate for one Saudi Arabian Riyal is NPR 36.33, and the selling rate is NPR 36.49. The buying rate for one Qatari Riyal is NPR 37.39, and the selling rate is NPR 37.56.
According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Thai Baht is NPR 4.08, and the selling rate is NPR 4.10. The buying rate for one UAE Dirham is NPR 37.11, and the selling rate is NPR 37.28. The buying rate for one Malaysian Ringgit is NPR 30.88, and the selling rate is NPR 31.02. The buying rate for 100 South Korean Won is NPR 9.57, and the selling rate is NPR 9.62. The buying rate for one Swedish Krona is NPR 14.15, and the selling rate is NPR 14.21, while the buying rate for one Danish Krone is NPR 20.80, and the selling rate is NPR 20.89.
According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Hong Kong Dollar is NPR 17.56, and the selling rate is NPR 17.64. The buying rate for one Kuwaiti Dinar is NPR 444.54, and the selling rate is NPR 446.50. The buying rate for one Bahraini Dinar is NPR 361.54, and the selling rate is NPR 363.10. The buying rate for one Omani Riyal is NPR 354.49, and the selling rate is NPR 355.05. The buying rate for 100 Indian Rupees is NPR 160.00, and the selling rate is NPR 160.15.
The central bank has stated that this exchange rate can be revised at any time as needed. It is also mentioned that the exchange rates determined by commercial banks may differ and that the updated exchange rates will be available on the central bank’s website.
