Kathmandu, 19 April: Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today. Today, the buying rate for one US dollar is NPR 136.30 and the selling rate is NPR 136.90.
For the one European Euro, the buying rate is NPR 155.03 and the selling rate is NPR 155.71. The one UK Pound Sterling has a buying rate of NPR 180.96 and a selling rate of NPR 181.76. The one Swiss Franc has a buying rate of NPR 166.58 and a selling rate of NPR 167.31.
The one Australian Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 86.89 and a selling rate of NPR 87.27. The one Canadian Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 98.38 and a selling rate of NPR 98.81. The one Singapore Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 103.91 and a selling rate of NPR 104.37.
Similarly, for the 10 Japanese Yen, the buying rate is NPR 9.58 and the selling rate is NPR 9.62. The one Chinese Yuan has a buying rate of NPR 18.66 and a selling rate of NPR 18.75. The one Saudi Arabian Riyal has a buying rate of NPR 36.33 and a selling rate of NPR 36.49. The buying rate of one Qatari Riyal is NPR 37.39 and a selling rate is NPR 37.56.
According to the central bank, the one Thai Baht has a buying rate of NPR 4.08 and a selling rate of NPR 4.10. The one UAE Dirham has a buying rate of NPR 37.11 and a selling rate of NPR 37.27. The one Malaysian Ringgit has a buying rate of NPR 30.88 and a selling rate of NPR 31.02.
Similarly, the buying rate of 100 South Korean Won is NPR 9.57 and a selling rate is NPR 9.62. The buying rate of one Swedish Krona is NPR 14.17 and a selling rate is NPR 14.23. The buying rate of one Danish Krone has NPR 20.76 and a selling rate has NPR 20.85.
Nepal Rastra Bank has set the buying rate of one the Hong Kong Dollar at NPR 17.56 and the selling rate at NPR 17.64. The one Kuwaiti Dinar has a buying rate of NPR 444.54 and a selling rate of NPR 446.50. The one Bahraini Dinar has a buying rate of NPR 361.61 and a selling rate of NPR 363.20. The one Omani Rial has a buying rate of NPR 354.03 and a selling rate of NPR 355.59. Additionally, the central bank has set the buying rate for the 100 Indian Rupees at NPR 160.00 and the selling rate at NPR 160.15.
Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these exchange rates may be revised at any time as needed. However, the exchange rates set by commercial banks may differ based on the open market, and updated exchange rates will be available on the central bank’s website.
