Kathmandu, 11 Jan: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign currency exchange rate for today (Sunday). According to the fixed exchange rate, the buying rate of one US dollar is set at 143 rupees 97 paisa and the selling rate is set at 144 rupees 57 paisa.
Similarly, the buying rate of one European Euro has been set at 167 rupees 65 paisa and the selling rate at 168 rupees 35 paisa, the buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling at 193 rupees 09 paisa and the selling rate at 193 rupees 90 paisa, and the buying rate of one Swiss Franc at 180 rupees 02 paisa and the selling rate at 180 rupees 77 paisa.
The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 96 rupees 22 paisa and the selling rate is 96 rupees 62 paisa, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 103 rupees 80 paisa and the selling rate is 104 rupees 23 paisa, and the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is 111 rupees 90 paisa and the selling rate is 112 rupees 37 paisa.
The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 13 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 17 paisa, the buying rate of one Chinese yuan is 20 rupees 62 paisa and the selling rate is 20 rupees 71 paisa, the buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal is 38 rupees 39 paisa and the selling rate is 38 rupees 55 paisa, and the buying rate of one Qatari riyal is 39 rupees 39 paisa and the selling rate is 39 rupees 55 paisa.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees 58 paisa and the selling rate is 4 rupees 60 paisa, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 39 rupees 20 paisa and the selling rate is 39 rupees 36 paisa, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 35 rupees 34 paisa and the selling rate is 35 rupees 49 paisa, the buying rate of 100 South Korean won is 9 rupees 87 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 92 paisa, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor is 15 rupees 61 paisa and the selling rate is 15 rupees 67 paisa, and the buying rate of one Danish kronor is 22 rupees 44 paisa and the selling rate is 22 rupees 53 paisa.
The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at 18 rupees 47 paisa and the selling rate at 18 rupees 55 paisa, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at 471 rupees 11 paisa and the selling rate at 473 rupees 07 paisa, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at 381 rupees 91 paisa and the selling rate at 383 rupees 50 paisa, the buying rate of one Omni Rial at 373 rupees 96 paisa and the selling rate at 375 rupees 52 paisa. Similarly, the buying rate of one hundred Indian rupees has been fixed at 160 rupees and the selling rate at 160 rupees 15 paisa.
