Kathmandu, 31 Dec: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has determined the foreign exchange rates for today (Wednesday). According to the exchange rate set for today, the value of the US Dollar has decreased in general. As per the set exchange rate, the buying rate of one US Dollar is NPR 143.37 and the selling rate is NPR 143.97.
Similarly, the buying rate of one European Euro is NPR 168.77 and the selling rate is NPR 169.47, the buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling is NPR 193.76 and the selling rate is NPR 194.57, and the buying rate of one Swiss Franc is NPR 181.80 and the selling rate is NPR 182.56.
The buying rate of one Australian Dollar is NPR 96.11 and the selling rate is NPR 96.51, the buying rate of one Canadian Dollar is NPR 104.69 and the selling rate is NPR 105.13, and the buying rate of one Singapore Dollar is NPR 111.80 and the selling rate is NPR 112.27.
For the Japanese Yen, the buying rate for 10 Yen is NPR 9.20 and the selling rate is NPR 9.24, the buying rate of one Chinese Yuan is NPR 20.51 and the selling rate is NPR 20.60, the buying rate of one Saudi Arabian Riyal is NPR 38.23 and the selling rate is NPR 38.39, and the buying rate of one Qatari Riyal is NPR 39.33 and the selling rate is NPR 39.50.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai Baht is NPR 4.56 and the selling rate is NPR 4.58, the buying rate of one UAE Dirham is NPR 39.04 and the selling rate is NPR 39.20, the buying rate of one Malaysian Ringgit is NPR 35.43 and the selling rate is NPR 35.57, the buying rate for 100 South Korean Won is NPR 9.94 and the selling rate is NPR 9.98, the buying rate of one Swedish Krona is NPR 15.60 and the selling rate is NPR 15.67, and the buying rate of one Danish Krone is NPR 22.60 and the selling rate is NPR 22.69.
The NRB has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong Dollar at NPR 18.42 and the selling rate at NPR 18.50, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti Dinar at NPR 465.82 and the selling rate at NPR 467.77, the buying rate of one Bahraini Dinar at NPR 380.26 and the selling rate at NPR 381.85, and the buying rate of one Omani Riyal at NPR 372.87 and the selling rate at NPR 374.43. Similarly, for the Indian Rupee, the buying rate for 100 INR is NPR 160.00 and the selling rate is NPR 160.15.
