Kathmandu, 19 Dec: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign currency exchange rate for Friday. According to the exchange rate fixed for today, the buying rate of one US dollar is fixed at 144 rupees 09 paisa and the selling rate is fixed at 144 rupees 69 paisa.
Similarly, the buying rate of one European Euro has been set at 168 rupees 95 paisa and the selling rate at 169 rupees 66 paisa, the buying rate of one UK Pound Sterling at 192 rupees 40 paisa and the selling rate at 193 rupees 20 paisa, and the buying rate of one Swiss Franc at 181 rupees 22 paisa and the selling rate at 181 rupees 98 paisa.
The buying rate of one Australian dollar is 95 rupees 21 paisa and the selling rate is 95 rupees 60 paisa, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar is 104 rupees 52 paisa and the selling rate is 104 rupees 95 paisa, and the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is 111 rupees 62 paisa and the selling rate is 112 rupees 08 paisa.
The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen is 9 rupees 25 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 28 paisa, the buying rate of one Chinese yuan is 20 rupees 46 paisa and the selling rate is 20 rupees 55 paisa, the buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal is 38 rupees 42 paisa and the selling rate is 38 rupees 58 paisa, and the buying rate of one Qatari riyal is 39 rupees 54 paisa and the selling rate is 39 rupees 71 paisa.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees 58 paisa and the selling rate is 4 rupees 60 paisa, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 39 rupees 23 paisa and the selling rate is 39 rupees 39 paisa, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 35 rupees 26 paisa and the selling rate is 35 rupees 41 paisa, the buying rate of 100 South Korean won is 9 rupees 76 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 80 paisa, the buying rate of one Swedish kronor is 15 rupees 49 paisa and the selling rate is 15 rupees 55 paisa, and the buying rate of one Danish kronor is 22 rupees 61 paisa and the selling rate is 22 rupees 71 paisa.
The National Bank has set the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at 18 rupees 52 paisa and the selling rate at 18 rupees 59 paisa, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar at 469 rupees 20 paisa and the selling rate at 471 rupees 15 paisa, the buying rate of one Bahraini dinar at 382 rupees 17 paisa and the selling rate at 383 rupees 76 paisa, the buying rate of one Omani rial at 374 rupees 25 paisa and the selling rate at 375 rupees 81 paisa. The buying rate of one hundred Indian rupees has been set 160 rupees and the selling rate at 160 rupees 15 paisa.
