Kathmandu, January 11: Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rate for today. According to the rate set by the Rastra Bank, the value of the US dollar has risen again today, reaching its highest point ever.

Similarly, the prices of most foreign currencies have increased today. According to the exchange rate, the prices of European Euro, UK Pound Sterling, Australian Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Chinese Yuan, Saudi Arabian Riyal, Qatari Riyal, Thai Baht, UAE Dirham, Malaysian Ringgit, Swedish Krona, Danish Krone, Hong Kong Dollar, Kuwaiti Dinar, Bahraini Dinar, and Omani Rial have increased.

According to the fixed exchange rate, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at 137 rupees 25 paisa and the selling rate at 137 rupees 85 paisa. The buying rate of one European euro has been fixed at 141 rupees 40 paisa and the selling rate at 141 rupees 02 paisa, the buying rate of one UK pound sterling has been fixed at 168 rupees 74 paisa and the selling rate at 169 rupees 48 paisa, and the buying rate of one Swiss franc has been fixed at 150 rupees 16 paisa and the selling rate at 150 rupees 82 paisa.

The buying rate for one Australian dollar is 84 rupees 95 paisa and the selling rate is 85 rupees 32 paisa, the buying rate for one Canadian dollar is 95 rupees 29 paisa and the selling rate is 95 rupees 71 paisa, and the buying rate for one Singapore dollar is 100 rupees 34 paisa and the selling rate is 100 rupees 77 paisa. The buying rate of 10 Japanese Yen is 8 rupees 68 paisa and the selling rate is 8 rupees 72 paisa, the buying rate of one Chinese Yuan is 18 rupees 72 paisa and the selling rate is 18 rupees 80 paisa, the buying rate of one Saudi Arabian Riyal is 36 rupees 56 paisa and the selling rate is 36 rupees 72 paisa, and the buying rate of one Qatari Riyal is 37 rupees 65 paisa and the selling rate is 37 rupees 81 paisa.

According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Thai baht is 3 rupees 97 paisa and the selling rate is 3 rupees 99 paisa, the buying rate for one UAE dirham is 37 rupees 37 paisa and the selling rate is 37 rupees 53 paisa, the buying rate for one Malaysian ringgit is 30 rupees 52 paisa and the selling rate is 30 rupees 66 paisa, the buying rate for one hundred South Korean won is 9 rupees 35 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 39 paisa, the buying rate for one Swedish kronor is 12 rupees 31 paisa and the selling rate is 12 rupees 36 paisa, and the buying rate for one Danish kronor is 18 rupees 95 paisa and the selling rate is 19 rupees 03 paisa.

The National Bank has set the buying rate for one Hong Kong dollar at 17 rupees 63 paisa and the selling rate at 17 rupees 71 paisa, the buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar at 444 rupees 99 paisa and the selling rate at 446 rupees 93 paisa, the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar at 364 rupees 08 paisa and the selling rate at 365 rupees 67 paisa, the buying rate for one Omani rial at 356 rupees 52 paisa and the selling rate at 358 rupees 08 paisa, and the buying rate for one hundred Indian rupees at 160 rupees and the selling rate at 160 rupees 15 paisa.

The National Bank has stated that this exchange rate can be revised at any time as needed. It is stated that the exchange rate set by commercial banks may differ and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
