Kathmandu, February 24: Nepal Rastra Bank has determined the foreign currency exchange rates for today. According to the exchange rates set for today, the value of most foreign currencies has increased.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been set at 138 rupees 45 paisa and the selling rate at 139 rupees 5 paisa, while the buying rate of one European euro has been set at 144 rupees 80 paisa and the selling rate at 145 rupees 43 paisa. Similarly, the buying rate of one UK pound sterling has been fixed at 174 rupees 88 paisa and the selling rate at 175 rupees 64 paisa. The buying rate of one Swiss franc has been fixed at 154 rupees 22 paisa and the selling rate at 154 rupees 89 paisa.
The buying rate of one Australian dollar has been set at 88 rupees 03 paisa and the selling rate at 88 rupees 41 paisa, the buying rate of one Canadian dollar at 97 rupees 35 paisa and the selling rate at 97 rupees 77 paisa, the buying rate of one Singapore dollar at 103 rupees 60 paisa and the selling rate at 104 rupees 5 paisa, the central bank has stated. The buying rate of 10 Japanese Yen is 9 rupees 27 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 31 paisa, the buying rate of one Chinese Yuan is 19 rupees 09 paisa and the selling rate is 19 rupees 18 paisa, the buying rate of one Saudi Arabian Riyal is 36 rupees 92 paisa and the selling rate is 37 rupees 08 paisa, and the buying rate of one Qatari Riyal is 37 rupees 98 paisa and the selling rate is 38 rupees 15 paisa.
According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht is 4 rupees 12 paisa and the selling rate is 4 rupees 14 paisa, the buying rate of one UAE dirham is 37 rupees 69 paisa and the selling rate is 37 rupees 86 paisa, and the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit is 31 rupees 33 paisa and the selling rate is 31 rupees 47 paisa.
