Bhojpur, October 16: With the aim of promoting the culture and customs of the local castes, a large Hatuwagadhi festival will be held from October 19 to 2 November. President of Hatuwagadhi Rural Municipality Prem Kumar Rai informed that the rural municipality has allocated a budget of Rs.3 millions.
During the festival, a 26 km race will be held from Maibeni, the highest point of the district at an altitude of 153 meters, through Sangkham Jorahal at an altitude of 1865 meters to Ghodetar Bazar. In addition to agriculture, there will be an exhibition of Maruni, Syamuna Sili, Lakhe, Hurra, Damfu dance and musical instruments, President Rai informed.
